On April 15, 2005, the ECFS Advisory Council hosted “An Evening with Barbara Coloroso” at the Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in Apple Valley. The popular national speaker and author of several parenting books spoke before a packed audience of district residents on the topic “Families Are Worth It” -- a subject she expands upon in her Kids are worth it! book. Coloroso was available following the lecture to meet attendees and sign books.
